I. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TERMS

In addition to any refund rights you may have under applicable law, if you purchased the Invinci app directly through our official website and the money-back option was clearly presented at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund—provided you meet all of the following conditions:

• You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription period ends.
• You have actively followed the Invinci program for a minimum duration as defined below:
  • Monthly or longer subscriptions: at least 7 consecutive days
  • 4-week subscriptions: at least 5 consecutive days
  • Weekly or biweekly subscriptions: at least 3 consecutive days
• You can demonstrate your participation using the process outlined in the “How to Demonstrate Program Participation” section below.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of our decision via email or other communication channels.

• Personalized Features: Some tools may be tailored based on your input. However, results may vary and are not guaranteed for every user or scenario.

HOW TO DEMONSTRATE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

To qualify for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, you must provide screenshots from the Invinci app clearly showing the number of completed sessions:

• Monthly or longer subscriptions: minimum 7 completed sessions
• 4-week subscriptions: minimum 5 completed sessions
• Weekly or biweekly subscriptions: minimum 3 completed sessions

📌 Important: You must meet these participation criteria in full to be eligible for a refund under this guarantee. Refunds will not be granted under other circumstances.

II. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your feedback and are committed to delivering a quality experience. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

If you do not meet the requirements of the Money-Back Guarantee, any fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law. Refund requests that fall outside our policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is at our sole discretion.

Refunds are typically only issued during the active subscription period. If your subscription has already ended by the time you submit your request, we will be unable to process a refund.
